SHARON RITOSSA
Sharon Ritossa is an Italian photographer and visual artist working across commissioned photography, artistic research, moving image and exhibition-making. She worked at Benetton Studios under the artistic direction of Oliviero Toscani and collaborated with Fabrica, while developing an independent practice that includes two published photography books and exhibitions at Artissima and Galleria del Cembalo in Rome. Her work includes a photographic exhibition at Turin’s Museo Egizio, developed with CAMERA, and the artistic and curatorial development of exhibitions exploring cultural memory and the twentieth-century history of Italy’s eastern border. She wrote and directed Closed Waters, an AI-assisted short film examining the tension between personal privilege and collective crisis. At 2RIOT, she leads visual concepts, narratives and creative direction from research through production.

GABRIELE OTTINO
Gabriele Ottino is an Italian new-media artist, creative director and composer working across moving image, sound, live performance and interactive environments. Active since the early 2000s, his research explores how digital technologies, found imagery and audiovisual systems reshape visual culture and collective experience. He is a co-founder of SPIME.IM, whose projects have been presented internationally at MUTEK, Ars Electronica, L.E.V. and the Barbican Centre. Alongside his artistic practice, he has conceived and directed visual worlds for musicians including Liberato, Cosmo and Dardust, spanning music videos, stage productions, live visuals and immersive installations. In 2025, he was selected for OpenAI’s Sora Alpha Artist programme, extending his long-standing experimentation with generative media. At 2RIOT, he leads creative direction and audiovisual research, translating ideas into films, performances and visual systems shaped for screens and physical spaces.
